Established Business Leadership

Must be currently running a business with a minimum of 3 years of operational history (For Associate Mentor) and 10 Years (For Senior Mentor). You need to exhibit a proven track record of growth and impact.

Willingness to Commit Time and Expertise

Able to dedicate time to provide guidance, share experiences, and support mentees consistently throughout the mentorship period.

Strong Ethical and Professional Standards

Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to fostering the development of emerging leaders in Southern Africa.
